1box of Mushrooms - I am using Button Mushrooms - approx. 250 gms. - sliced
2 medium Onions - sliced
4-5 cloves of Garlic - chopped
1 Capsicum - Sliced
Salt to taste
2 Green Chilies - chopped
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Green Chili Sauce
Refined Oil to cook
Instructions
Heat some oil in a pan. Add the Garlic and the Onions. Saute them till the Onions turns translucent.
Now, add the Capsicum and the Mushrooms.
Cover them and let them cook in their water. Uncover after 5 minutes, and check if the mushrooms have softened enough.
Now, combine the sauces and add them to the mushrooms. Give it a nice stir.
Now, add the Chilies and the salt. Fry till the water has been absorbed and the vegetables have been cooked nicely. Since, mushrooms are watery vegetable, we didn't add any extra water.
